Born in Colorado, however I love the Florida life! *Owned, founded, and operated service and hospitality businesses covering 6 States including Colorado, Florida, Texas, Wyoming, Georgia, and Arizona. I have been involved in real estate since 1978 purchasing rental properties in Wyoming, Colorado, and Arizona. Purchased a single-family home on the coast of Georgia which became The Horse Stamp Inn, offering hospitality to bed and breakfast guests as well as weddings up to 400 guests! I have always appreciated the real estate market for its unique investment model of leveraging borrowed funds and still capitalizing on the appreciation of the ENTIRE value amount. I have two relatives that are very successful real estate associates and their stories of doing well financially as well as giving back to the community is very convincing. Cici has lived in the Ponte Vedra Beach & Jacksonville Beach area for over 25 years and is a fourth generation real estate industry veteran. Before officially getting into the industry, she received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, VA. After college she worked for Ernst & Young in Washington DC and eventually got into property management which led to a move to Fl which began her real estate career. Cici’s expertise spans a wide range of valuable skills including sales of new homes, existing homes & multi-family homes as well as in-depth construction knowledge, having worked directly for both developers & builders. She is also a luxury home & relocation specialist. She was the #3 realtor in the whole company with Prudential Network Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway) in 2010 prior to joining forces and starting Marsh Landing Realty in 2011. She is the Founding Realty at Marsh Landing Realty & also the co-Broker with Jenna Fisher. Together Cici Anderson & Jenna Fisher have been awarded the #2 Top Small Residential Real Estate Team in all of Northeast Florida for the last 3 years (2023, 2022 & 2021) by the Jacksonville Business Journal. In her free time Cici enjoys any activity on the water, walking the beautiful beaches, cooking & decorating, and volunteering for several charity groups including being a Board Member of the Jacksonville Humane Society. She is also an active member of NEFAR’s Ponte Vedra Council and caravan.
